Just like this bebeh seal, Matthew has found his fingers and is putting them in his mouth. He hasn’t quite figured out the opposable thumb yet.

Unlike the seal, we aren’t going to introduce him to sushi for a while!

We are so spoiled. My dearest friends held a baby shower for Matthew and I!  We played the best games! The first game was called the price is right where we all had to guess the prices of select baby items. Pia was so funny, she had a right up for every baby item. Like “Your baby’s body is rapidly developing, so your choice of food will never be more important. At Earth’s best, we believe organically grown foods are best…best for your child, best for the Earth” So it was super fun. I won’t mention any names but there were some pretty humorous guesses for prices!  Then Sheila did a great game where everyone had to finish off the line of nursery rhymes.  There were some pretty close ones that confused me!  Then Sarah did a game  where people had to put a paper plate on their head and draw a picture of Matthew! The pictures are hilarious! The food was great. Danielle brought a McKechnie classic  Tuna Dip.   I even got a phone call from Alexis all the way from Toronto to wish us a happy baby shower! I have such great friends!
